These guys are so helpful! They repaired ice skates for me and helped me replace the laces in a very stubborn pair of boat shoes. I don’t know what I would do without them.
I recently made a very special purchase at Footworks of two pairs of Alden loafers. After doing a ton of research, I decided that Alden were going to be "it" for me, as I was looking for the highest quality loafers that would last a lifetime. I went to the store looking for better shoes that support my arthritis conditions and I found it there on that store. Customer service was A-plus. The owner Gary was very knowledgeable about what exactly I needed. He help me find the best shoes for my condition. I recommend the store 100%.
Walked in the store today with left hip pain from bursitis…got my orthos fitted and inserted in my boots. Then drove home and it hit me…my hips doesn’t hurting. Can’t tell you how happy I am. Gary spends time asking questions and then gets to work, makes your orthos, tweaks anything that’s bothersome. I love them.
