Walked in the store today with left hip pain from bursitis…got my orthos fitted and inserted in my boots. Then drove home and it hit me…my hips doesn’t hurting. Can’t tell you how happy I am. Gary spends time asking questions and then gets to work, makes your orthos, tweaks anything that’s bothersome. I love them.

Just went in with my mother who is struggling with memory issues Gary got so frustrated with her he got one inch from her face and started yelling at her and pulled off the shoes she was trying on. No sympathy and scaring an 85 year old woman and being aggressive removing her sneakers was very disturbing . He then kept screaming to get out of his store saying he gave us his time free of charge ...well we waited 25 min just to be waited on and only took 10 min of his time until he absolutely flipped out. I shopped Footworks for Hoka sneakers and found a goldmine. So happy to have a brick and mortar to actually try on my sneakers and have the confidence I purchased the right style and fit. Made a huge mistake to buy on line and did not take the time to return when they were too big. I will return to Footworks to purchase sneakers in the future.

Luckily, I didn't need an appointment and because I really liked these leather sandals that needed to be fixed, I dropped in. The process was very easy I just dropped them off and was given about a week's turnaround time. The little store was packed with people and I can see why-great shoes! I called the next day just to check on the price and oh my word they were already done!!! I'm sure that's not going to happen all the time especially given the traffic in and out of that store but wow and they did such a nice job I highl... read more
