Returns are impossible ! No customer service contacts. Finally found an address and paid shipping myself. Then after no word from them on my refund I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Luckily they are crediting my account.

Phone number appears to be out of service and I've sent emails that they provide on their website which they have not responded to and it's been over a month. That's poor business practice. Update today: Just received an email from them today to return the merchandise. I will ship it back tomorrow. If there is any hassle with a cash refund, I will keep you posted.

I ordered a pair of shoes in a size 10. The box says size 10 the shoes are a size 7. When I call the number affiliated with the company's it was a medical aleart number.I am not getting anywhere with trying to return these shoes for a refund.

I have concerns about this shoe company. I Google search the location in Houston, Texas , it's a wholesale store instead of Footwear Couture. I call and the person who answered said to me that it is not a shoe store. I gave him the location that was on footwear Couture website and he insisted that it not a shoe store. In that moment, I started to feel like a victim of being scam. Afterwards I zoom in and circle around the whole perimeter of the location and I didn't find this shoe store.
