Bad customer service. I waited for assistance was told to look around and then people who came in after me where helped first. When finally assited the “salesperson” was not really interested and just left me shoes while others where getting detailed help.
Mason went above and beyond to help my husband and me find the perfect pair of running shoes. He was extremely knowledgeable, walked us through a great selection of Hokas, and even taught us how to tie a runner's knot to prevent heel slipping. On top of that, he was genuinely nice and easy to talk to. We’ll definitely be back!
Mason was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when I came in to buy a new set of running shoes. They even had a great selection for me which due to my shoe size is pretty rare. This will be my destination for all shoe purchases.
My husband and I had a great experience here! Jace was very helpful and knowledgeable! He hooked my husband up with an amazing pair of shoes and orthotics! ☺️ Definitely recommend asking for Jace! 10/10
