If i could put 0 stars I would! Represented my brother in law and didn’t even try to get bail conditions dropped, Joe advised he forgot he had been busy. Pretty sure if a customer is paying for your services you remember important details of there case and deliver results. Save your energy , money and find alternative representation !
Rude and moody receptionist Elka or Ella. Worse solicitor Emma. She did our wills after numerous simple changes and coming back and forward got it to a reasonable stage. She is obviously straight out of university and has no idea. Won't be back or recommend to people. No communication or listening to client. Especially with what it costs. Very very disappointing
All staff are awesome and helpful wouldn’t go anywhere else
Called for advice and the assistance was pleasant and professional and they returned a call promptly
