Ms. Michelle at Footsteps to Wellness is the best! She helped build me a 12 week program to help my metabolic syndrome, lose extra weight from my pregnancy, and lower my cholesterol. She is partnered with a fitness instructor (who is also phenomenal!!) and with her guidance in nutrition and diving deep into my blood work and body scan, on top of the work outs personalized to me and what my body needs.
