No Win No Fee - What a joke! 1 - If a claim to WorkCover is deemed to be a win - there is just some reimbursements for your medical and incidents (such as doctor's fees, travel, meals, accommodation expenses if they were required), and because it is a "Win", you have to pay the all the legal fees, which in my case were much higher than the reimbursement for all my expenses....so I ended up paying all my medical and incidentals, got reimbursed for most of that and then was slapped with the legal fees which were more, much mor... read more
