After a few weeks of treatment we’ve achieved equal pointe position and now, this young dancer has to learn to use “the new addition to her motion”. In this simple drill, she’s walking on pointe holding a 10 lbs weight on one side. You can see that at times, she’s having difficulty maintaining symmetry.
