Had an appointment as a VA referral. I have the authorization in hand and was told upon the appt booking that I could bring it the day of my appointment. 2 days before my appt, they called and said it was canceled because of no authorization on file to be seen. Probably a good PT here, but horrible admin. Super let down.
David is the absolute best physical therapist in the west valley no doubt! I originally came to Foothills 2 years ago for physical therapy to rehabilitate my collarbone after a car accident that left me with little to no movement of my shoulder. My neck was my other top issue as I couldn’t even turn my head to the side let alone look down. David worked with me and got most of all my mobility back. David and his staff have different teachings and training, that gives you so much more. Their specialty and knowledge is amazing. This is a very well run office with great people. I know I am always in the best hands and care.
