Corbitt and company have always handled our bike issues. Our kids got some bikes for Christmas and about the same time, the same piece broke on both. Went in and spoke to the owner, he apologized profusely (Even though it was clearly not their fault) and he had both bikes up and running quickly. Just one of the many times they have thoroughly fixed, or serviced, one of my family's bikes. Highly recommend.
Definitely weren’t helpful to me. They couldn’t even take a Quick Look at a bike for a question. Trying to help a disabled person or someone in need to enjoy the outdoors. Not supporting a business that doesn’t care or take a second to help you.
I usually never do bad reviews but when this many things happen I will! Carried my bike in on a Wednesday for new tires and a tune up. The man asked “when would you like to pick it up?” I said tomorrow (Thursday) before 5! He said “”that would be great! Got there Thursday around 3 and told them my name. They said “did we call and say it was ready?Oh we haven’t even looked at your bike! Turn around time is usually 3 days!! I’ve been in this shop numerous times and have received nothing but EXCELLENT SERVICE! Corbitt has been overly generous with his time when I have needed information about various cycling topics. I purchased a new Trek bike here several months ago and have been super happy with it along with all of the add-ons that I’ve bought since. Give this shop a visit! Corbitt is great to deal with. Small shop - BIG SERVICE!
What a great store! The staff was so knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me pick out my new bike and helmet.
