Had an excellent interaction with the staff, who are both very knowledgeable My issue was minor and it was a quick fix but they did not let me pay for it despite my insistence and have been great overall I did come another time prior to this and the repairs were quick and of good quality and costed less than I expected to pay No idea what someone could ask more!
Very helpful and knowledgeable. Paul was a great help. Every time they have been helpful to me. Seem to be long-time keen cyclists there, and really enthusiastic about bikes.
To Foothills Cycles, I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding an order I placed over a month ago for a bike for my child’s birthday. We visited your store, selected the bike and training wheels, and were assured it would arrive on time. It did not. The day before my child’s birthday, I was told that the bike hadn’t arrived but would be ready the day after. That was two weeks ago.
