I went in yesterday to the branch to deposit a check and met Michelle. She was super friendly and had a great sense of humor. It was a great banking experience compared to the other banks I use as she made it a lot of fun.
I went through the drive-through at Foothills Credit Union this morning and was helped by Michelle. She was super friendly, positive, and welcoming, such a nice way to start the day. Great customer service!
Once again show up 20 before noon and they have their door closed. Guess open till 12 mean close when ever you want.
Came in yesterday to do a shared branch transaction and was helped by Michelle. I was already frustrated when I came in but she was so kind and helpful. Her level of professionalism was definitely something that is needed across all retail businesses. I have been a long time member of a different credit union but thinking of changing because I like the way I was treated here.
