This is a long overdue rating for Foothills and more importantly our wonderful account manager, Kyran. We have been with Foothills for almost 3 years and we have had such wonderful experiences. Don't do business with this credit union. Horrible customer service!
This branch is horrible, rude and slow uncaring staff. I’ve been with foothills since 2010, and had great relations with everyone at the Lakewood location. I was excited when this one opened as I was living close to this branch. When I found out rose was here, I was very happy. When rose went back to Lakewood. I started to really notice how bad the head teller was here. Unfriendly and rude.
