I went into the Lakewood branch with a big task. I needed 12 cashiers checked for 12 different people. They were for an inheritance payout so each was a different amount. Renee was so pleasant, patient, joyful to work with. As she made out each check she double checked the spelling of the name and the amount. Then after they were printed she took out some envelopes and wrote each recipient's name on them. Then together we triple checked each one and put them in their rightful envelope. I've been a member for over 20 years. I use the Lakewood branch exclusively. There's been many changes over the years, especially as more and more have gone online. I do use ATMs, but a couple of times a month it's a pleasure to walk in for a quick bit of cash and say Hi! to the staff. Also, I've been assisted by the advisors re: CD's and when new automated procedures have boggled my usual processes. I've been helped to grow from an "un-automated" 78+ year old to a reasonably competent computer user. Thank You.

Thomas and the rest of the team here are the reason we've banked here for three generations! The customer service and compassion you receive here is more like and extended family then "just a bank". Plus they have great benefits for kids accounts and fun community activities like Santa!

I am a new member and this has been a learning curve after being with my prior bank for decades. Foothills has been so patient and kind but especially Renee!!! She and Azalea are rockstars and embody something you don’t experience much anymore, kindness, care, and joy to work with their members. I am so grateful I found them.
