I have been a customer at Foothills Credit Union for many years because the level of customer service is above and beyond any that I have ever received from any other financial institution. Erika Sierra's leadership is outstanding and five stars times 2.

Close to early on multiple days before noon due to less than 6 in of snow. Roads are not icy roads were very clear very disappointed

I love this credit union they’re always so helpful. I needed help today getting a hold released and Erika was very kind and helpful making that happen.

I was a member for over twenty years. Over the past few years I haven’t really used this account. Last month, I by accident wrote two checks from this checking account. Since I don’t use this account anymore, I didn’t bother opening the mail from the credit union. I get a phone call saying that my overdraft account was 30 days past due. Thinking that I lost a book of checks, I called the credit union and found out that I indeed wrote these checks. Fantastic customer service. David Boone assisted me as my neuropathy was really bad today. I went inside vs the drive thru. I appreciated his patience & with the tingling in my hands I really couldn't hold a pen to write. He assisted me i filling out various required forms. There was no one behind me so I wasn't holding up the line. Cudos & thanks David Boone.
