Love this bank! I see some negative reviews on this listing and find most of the issues self inflicted by the customers and just complaining. I’ve always felt at home at the alameda branch and have always been met with happy people. ****I do not like the golden office.**** I find golden staff rude, slow, and not very friendly. I was asked for my ID for a deposit… yes, a deposit and not very much money.

Close to early on multiple days before noon due to less than 6 in of snow. Roads are not icy roads were very clear very disappointed
I love this credit union they’re always so helpful. I needed help today getting a hold released and Erika was very kind and helpful making that happen.
