I have been a member of Foothills Credit Union for over 15 years. When it came time for me to get a HELOC, Kyran Rausch from the loan team was especially helpful. He made me feel like an actual person during the process, and our closing was swift an efficient. Drove 30 miles only to find out they had closed for the holiday. Please update your hours on Google maps if you care about your members. Im closing this account. 2025 update: Upped one star from 1 to 2 for apology and response. thats always appreciated.
