I have not had a bad experience like the previous individual. The staff are all experienced and friendly at the Seneca location. Also, they are very interested in taking time to discuss any issues with me and my spouse. I have tried other weightloss centers in the upstate, and in all honesty, they beat around the bush while getting the individual to buy exspensive shakes and what not. Im happy with the services at Foothills Baratric.
If I could give this "medical" center negative stars, I would absolutely do so. There is NO physician on staff - I was a patient for close to a year and NEVER saw a physician. Secondly, rude is an understatement. Michelle Hendricks is the RUDEST "nurse practitioner" Ive ever encountered. TERRIBLE!! She is NOT a physician, yet they advertise "physician assisted weight loss". I recommend Upstate Bariatric Center or even Bariatric Clinic in Greenville (where there are actually doctors working in the facility) before EVER going ... read more
