I started with Foothills Bank for my Business accounts 2 years ago, And know I have all of my personal account's there as well. Great staff, always there to help and its GREAT to have management onsite that can make decisions and get things done.
We closed a business account a month ago and was told they would send a check for the account balance. It has been almost a month, and no check. I Have called 3 times and have received the same runaround each time. The last two times I called the branch manager was suppose to call back. NO PHONE CALL. Very poor customer service.
Customer service with Brandy was awesome! Ii needed to replace my debit card as it wasn't working on checkouts. She helped me with a smile! This bank has been awesome their fraud department detects things that might be a scam and blocks it from doing any damage to my accounts. It has a hometown feel unlike big corporation banks, Only improvements could be adding the deposit feature on your atm's
Friendly staff, clean building. Easy access, plenty of parking.
