Great bank fast service! Friendly and reliable
Worst bank experience I’ve ever had. Every night they lock my card at 10pm right after I get off work. I’ve called and gone into the physical branches at least 4 times and everyone I talked to gave me different reasons as to why I’m experiencing this and then give you a bogus solution. I was glad they added Zelle so I could Zelle myself my own money but now I can’t even do that. I swear, if I wasn’t being forced paper checks I’d be long gone from foothills.

Best bank ever! I feel like I am going in to see part of my family when I go to bank at Foothills in Prescott Valley. Everybody is friendly and helpful. I am so happy that I made the decision to bank here. The manager Shannon is super sweet too and knows her customers by name.
I’ve had a business account with Foothills Bank for the past four years, which requires me to visit the Prescott Valley branch several times each week. Every single time, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Their consistent professionalism and outstanding customer service make banking here a pleasure.
