Worst banking service I've ever had in my life I was told that I have an Amazon account and I'm being charged for it I don't even have internet but the bank won't believe me so they continue to charge me overdraft fees over and over and over the tellers are rude they will not listen to you bank account fluctuated all the time and there's not even a chip in the card they are so far behind the times if you're looking for a better banking service don't choose this one you're wasting your time but if you enjoy ignorance and arro... read more

Super helpful and explained everything to me so that way I understood. You took the time to reset my password and make sure that I was logged in before I left that building. 10 out of 10 you are wonderful
I would give this bank zero stars if possible. In the one month I’ve had this account I have had nothing but complications and fees and locks on my card. They will lock your card without notifying you and then every rep. will give you a different response to get you off the phone. I’m disgusted and out over $300 worth of fees. You’re better off using cash
