I called originally to ask questions about opening an account as I just moved to Arizona. I spoke with someone named Manee. I asked about the opening deposit, what's needed to open the account, how their overdraft privilege works, etc. He couldn't answer almost all of the questions with an exact answer, just seemed confused. I recapped with him on what his answers were and he responded with "are you trying to open an account just to overdraft it"? This bank is horrible. There's not a lot of choices being in a smaller town and we're stuck here. Can't call our local branch as it goes to the main branch in Yuma. From there, you have to leave a message, so the local branch can call you back. It makes no sense! Don't expect to get help the same day, as it will take a couple of days for them to actually call you back. Also, this bank is NOT supported by Zelle, Venmo. I should've never switched.
