This bank is horrible. There's not a lot of choices being in a smaller town and we're stuck here. Can't call our local branch as it goes to the main branch in Yuma. From there, you have to leave a message, so the local branch can call you back. It makes no sense! Don't expect to get help the same day, as it will take a couple of days for them to actually call you back. Also, this bank is NOT supported by Zelle, Venmo. I should've never switched.
I have enjoyed banking at Foothills Flagstaff for years now. The Personal banking I get is so important. You are treated with a smile every time and everyone becomes your friend!!!
