I agree with the previous review. A one star rating is to good for this bank. I have two commercial loans previously held by ****** State Bank, who was taken over by Foothills Bank. In February of 2020 I started receiving mortgage statements from Foothills Bank. On this first statement, the interest amortization was out of line and considerably higher than the previous schedule and out of proportion for the age of the note, 6 years. This bank is horrible. They will charge you overdraft fees for their mistake. They will leave you unprofessional messages regarding your bank statements. I have called now 4 times and asked them to reverse the overdraft fees for their mistake and they can't even get that number right. Then I have asked them 4 times to close my account, but they can't manage that either. IF I could give them ZERO stars I would. Stay away from this bank and the people that work there and manage it.
