Trash!! Stealing money from patrons tap card. Bad enough we have to ride the bus. Thieving bus system charged me 5 dollars for one bus ride off my tap. Had to call customer service for a 7-10 business day refund. Thats BS. It took you literally 1 second to overcharge my tap card but 7-10 days to get the money back that doesn’t make sense and its not fair . I don’t suggest anyone take this bus line. They are capitalist thieves .
Very helpful
I had given up on a lost wallet I lost a few weeks before I left my cell phone on the bus. I located my cell phone thanks to the bus driver and when I went to pick it up I asked if by chance they had found a wallet and to my surprise they had also found my wallet the week before. Thank you for saving my stuff.
