I had given up on a lost wallet I lost a few weeks before I left my cell phone on the bus. I located my cell phone thanks to the bus driver and when I went to pick it up I asked if by chance they had found a wallet and to my surprise they had also found my wallet the week before. Thank you for saving my stuff.
If I could give zero stars I would! Horrible experience. I lost my purse on the bus and called right away and thankfully it was found; however, the lost and found office was zero help in the process of it all. I called I don’t know how many times leaving countless messages hoping for an update of any kind and I did not receive not one update by anyone.
