If I could give zero stars I would! Horrible experience. I lost my purse on the bus and called right away and thankfully it was found; however, the lost and found office was zero help in the process of it all. I called I don’t know how many times leaving countless messages hoping for an update of any kind and I did not receive not one update by anyone. I got a call from Anna, what she did not specify was her title. I tried calling her many times and not heard from her just the voice mail. After many tries finally I got her in the phone, even though I left a message. The reason I complain is to clarify that the driver was in the wrong by making her rules in not bringing a basket with groceries and stating to use the taxi because it takes space for the wheelchairs if needed or to dismantle the basket and groceries bags to be thrown out.
