I met with my a member services consultant at foothill Federal credit Union and had a wonderful experience setting up my CD. Member services consultant Lorena Zendejas was amazing at explaining the different products available to me and helping me set up my certificate of deposit. Just want to express my gratitude to her for taking the time to explain everything and the credit union staff. I highly recommend her services.
I was a long time FFCU member until December and now I cannot stand them. They are a complete let down. Just one example of many: I have spent the last week trying to contact someone, ANYONE, from the bank to discuss a financial issue. They are constantly bombarding me with texts and emails about it but will not respond to my emails or phone messages. I have contacted them 6 times. 4 emails and 2 phone messages.
