I fell onto pretty hard time this year, and unfortunately fell far behind on credit card payments too. I was sadly sent to collections. I usually try to avoid the calls, but because Foothill is my primary bank I had to pick up. I have to say Jenny Del Rio was the most sweetest person I have talked to when it comes to dealing with cards! Not once did she make me feel guilty or low about myself about my situation and offered help through foothill. She truly made me feel like a normal person.

I’m a member of arrowhead credit union, Navy federal credit union and Pasadena federal credit union. I’m currently in the process of paying them all off and I’m only going to keep Foothill credit union in Arcadia their service and their people are by far the best

I have been banking here for over 40 years and now that I need my money they are refusing to give it to me. I did not know that a financial institution can not let you withdraw funds from your account but this is what they are doing to me. After 40 years I am trying to get my money and go to another institution but they have refused to give me MY money. After applying online, I was asked to visit a branch to verify my identity. The bank representative reviewed my passport and confirmed that my identity had been successfully verified. A week later, I received a denial email stating that my application was rejected because the bank was "unable to verify my identity." That makes no sense. If there was another reason for the denial, it should be communicated honestly.
