Love my bank!
Valerie at the customer center is extremely rude. She talks over you and is very aggressive. I have never had any bad experience with this bank. Everyone else is so friendly and professional. Valerie should not be a customer service representative!! Be careful with her if you happen to get her on the phone!
Wonderful experience with Jennie Del Rio, she did an excellent job, resolving my account situation. She went above and beyond!
Banking was easy and simple. Donovan was especially helpful with my account from a partner CU. It was a great experience and we are thankful to have great employees and credit unions such as Foothill to do business with.
