I have been banking here for over 40 years and now that I need my money they are refusing to give it to me. I did not know that a financial institution can not let you withdraw funds from your account but this is what they are doing to me. After applying online, I was asked to visit a branch to verify my identity. The bank representative reviewed my passport and confirmed that my identity had been successfully verified. A week later, I received a denial email stating that my application was rejected because the bank was "unable to verify my identity." That makes no sense. If there was another reason for the denial, it should be communicated honestly.
Lorena was very sweet and shared a wealth of knowledge with us. She was helpful and kind!
I was recently informed of this credit union by a great patient of mine. He spoke highly of the branch and recommended me to become a member. From the initial interaction with Lorena( a qualified,knowledgeable and helpful representative at the Arcadia location) she was nice and answered any questions I had. If you are seeking to join a credit union, I highly suggest inquiring with Foothill credit union.
Absolutely horrible do not open any accounts with them!! I have been a member of foothill credit union for years when I purchased a new car I went with them worst Idea ever! I purchased my car a year and 21 days ago. My tags expired in December 2025 foothill never registered my vehicle. They continue to blame the previous company. They continue to give me excuses like they’re new to the department, and this would have never happened if they were in charge from the Beginning.
