I was recently informed of this credit union by a great patient of mine. He spoke highly of the branch and recommended me to become a member. From the initial interaction with Lorena( a qualified,knowledgeable and helpful representative at the Arcadia location) she was nice and answered any questions I had. If you are seeking to join a credit union, I highly suggest inquiring with Foothill credit union.
Absolutely horrible do not open any accounts with them!! I have been a member of foothill credit union for years when I purchased a new car I went with them worst Idea ever! I purchased my car a year and 21 days ago. My tags expired in December 2025 foothill never registered my vehicle. They continue to blame the previous company. They continue to give me excuses like they’re new to the department, and this would have never happened if they were in charge from the Beginning. We had an outstanding experience working with Roger and his team at Foothill Credit Union. From start to finish, Roger was incredibly efficient, responsive, and knowledgeable. He made what can often feel like an overwhelming process feel smooth and straightforward. Brianne, our loan underwriter, was equally wonderful!!! Love my bank!
Valerie at the customer center is extremely rude. She talks over you and is very aggressive. I have never had any bad experience with this bank. Everyone else is so friendly and professional. Valerie should not be a customer service representative!! Be careful with her if you happen to get her on the phone!
