I went to Footework, Prescott, AZ today & afterwords received a survey from them. I realized it was probably a way to prevent a google review, so I am doing one. As I told them the lady who worked with me was great, no problem. The service was excellent. The way I was treated when I arrived was the problem. In the past I entered the store & signed in on a paper sign-in sheet. They apparently changed their procedures. Litigation forthcoming-Very bad experience in PV Footeworks that I hope all will heed warning. My husband & I are seniors who reside in Mohave County. We drove 3 hours to Prescott to purchase a truck we had found advertised. The seller(s) also in their 70s we’re selling due to a serious medical diagnosis. Seller suggested we go to PV Footeworks to have title sign-off notarized which we did. The seller first sat in front of the Footworks clerk and signed off the title. I have used Footework several times in the past and considered their service good value. However the last time I made an appointment for a simple title transfer, was promptly ushered to the desk and there I sat and waited. It seems most of the staff were trainees and lacked authority to complete the transaction. More than a half hour and 38 dollars in additional fees later I leave the desk. Sorry no discount for on the job training delays and yes they charge extra for using a card.
