Very unprofessional lady is rude will not listen or fix issues on their behalf. Than laughs when you try to handle it professionally. She has some sort of power trip and this place should be shut down they handle your medical records unprofessionally and overall terrible service. They did not process my renewal properly and by looks of reviews I’m not the only one.
They were great! very helpful with follow-ups after a minor error was made on my part
The crew here is so thouhtful and the feel good family touch is all through the place. Patience does not even begin to tell you how these ladies run this place, felt like a home visit rather than big pharma. The doctor was incredible. Looking forward to learning more about making my own medicine during their grow Class! We need more people in this business like Jennifer and her family!
