My elderly Mother was there today for a foot massage, followed by neck back and shoulders, quoted $120 for 80mins, She did not receive the full amount of time. Paid by gift voucher, valued $130. No change, The massages were too hard and too rough, when she expressed that the masure was hurting her(one male feet, one female) she was ignored, the staff said they did not speak Australian. She found the experience painful and not at all relaxing, Very disappointed. Will not be back,

I’m a bit conflicted writing this because the actual lymphatic massage was really good. The therapist clearly knew what she was doing and the treatment itself felt effective and professional. If I could add a half star I would but its not quite a 4 for me. Where I felt uncomfortable was more around how it was delivered. I had an amazing deep tissue massage here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The pressure was absolutely perfect, and I walked out feeling incredible. I love massages and have tried many places, but this one really stands out — the specialists are truly skilled. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage!
One of the worst massages I have received. Was expecting a deep tissue foot massage but all I got was an old man just rubbing my feet without any pressure. Very disappointing. Negative Rating.
