This is an excellent shoe store with extremely good service. My feet are hard to fit, but the staff here helped me find a shoe that was right for me. If you are used to shopping in department or mall stores with less-than-knowledgeable sales people, you will find this place a refreshing change. From running shoes to orthotic insoles, from house slippers to dress shoes. I strongly suggest you check out Foot Solutions. You will not find better service or more pleasant people anywhere else.
Not a good place for custom orthotics – I would not buy any custom orthotics here. They are old school and the technology they use did not help me at all. In fact, it made my feet hurt more and they have a no return policy. I went in for 9 follow up trimmings or adjustments, and it did not help. I asked the owner to remeasure my foot, and he said no. That's $300 down the drain.
