I am incredibly disappointed after my visit yesterday. I’ve always received good service here and have relied on them to help get the knots out of my back. Yesterday, I paid for my husband and myself in cash—taking an extra trip to the ATM specifically to help the business avoid credit card fees, which is something I care about as a small business owner myself. I had at 5 star no long do I feel thay way. This has been one of my go to's for a while, however today I received one of the most non relaxing treatment 😌. The masseuse I received today barely gave effort and definitely not equal to each side as you would expect. The massage was all over the place. I usually would have a heated blanket under me nothing today. I definitely thought today's treatment was less than stellar. During my one-hour foot massage, my therapist answered the phone seven times to schedule appointments, left the room twice to greet customers, and frequently gave instructions to other staff members. Unfortunately, this made the experience anything but relaxing for both me and my friend, who was receiving a massage in the same room. I was very disappointed.
Absolutely the BEST massage I have ever had. My sister and I made an appointment for a Saturday couples and did the 90 minute combo and I it was hands down the BEST. Will be back monthly.
