During my one-hour foot massage, my therapist answered the phone seven times to schedule appointments, left the room twice to greet customers, and frequently gave instructions to other staff members. Unfortunately, this made the experience anything but relaxing for both me and my friend, who was receiving a massage in the same room. I was very disappointed.
Absolutely the BEST massage I have ever had. My sister and I made an appointment for a Saturday couples and did the 90 minute combo and I it was hands down the BEST. Will be back monthly.
The young man cashier demanded a tip. All I had. Was $10 in cash and he said no because that wasn’t even 15% in tip and he proceeded to show me a sign that read “ 20% tip is recommended “ but that was all I had! Very rude to demand more money when literally that’s all I had! He kept insisting so I had to put it on my credit card! Not going back!
Overall the experience was not bad, but please remember that tipping is not a right. It’s very disrespectful to ask someone to tip you in front of other customers. It’s the height of unprofessionalism. When I tip it’s because I want to keep that in mind.
