ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Thought I’d have a relaxing foot and back massage with my youngest daughter, only to be subjected to the sounds of the adjacent patron getting a hand job!!! If I could give ZERO I would, this place is obscene! I was getting a massage with my mother and the whole experience was HORRIBLE. Not only do the staff do the whole massage with their elbows they also talk none stop with each other and people on the other side of the walls!! NOT RELAXING AT ALL. If i could give 0 stars i would. terrible customer service. I brought my father for fathers day to get a massage and they said come back in 40 minutes because they dont have time and thats totally fine. we come back and they say come back in an hour and every time i talked to them when they asked what we wanted they wouldnt even reply back and walk off or go start talking to another worker and disappear n i hear them talking in the back. i waited 30 minutes more inside they kept walking around passing us ignoring us and goin... read more
Nice massage, not relaxing workers talking loud the whole time to each other, right in my ear as she's giving back massage. Workers not understanding English very well. I wont go back
Owner cheated me and is horribly rude. I bought a new $400 card and had a massage left on my old card so they drew a circle on the new card to give me a credit and when I tried to use it they put an X over the circle and accused me of putting it there!!!!! Not trustworthy-rude and dishonest.
