I have always been very comfortable here, I have never had anything to complain about. They are receptive, they listen to you if you need something to be done differently. If something is unpleasant, they want to know, they will try to fix it. I appreciate the ambiance as well. We've come to this place for years and had great experience with professional staff. The foot massage occurs in the open and there's no need to remove anything but your footwear. Very relaxing and health enhancing.
