5 stars. I almost didn’t come because of the negative reviews, many of which focused on tipping—but I’m really glad I gave it a try. The staff were polite, genuine, and very hardworking. The space is simple and shared, but clean, well-lit, and comfortable. This is not a luxury spa—it’s a straightforward place focused on foot reflexology, and they do that well. Worst massage experience, not to mention horrific customer service. I was told my tip amount was not enough, meanwhile all she did was cause me pain during the massage so I thought 10% was fair. Apparently not, she looked at me laughing holding the money to me saying, “that’s it?! Haha.” I asked her well how much do you want, to which she then stepped back acting like she never heard me.
