Fantastic customer service from Mo today in dealing with a faulty pair of Air Force Ones. Despite me not having the receipt with me, he was able to look up my transaction from 2 months ago and exchange the pair for me with minimal hassle. I felt looked after unlike some other chains that fob you off. I will return to Foot Locker to purchase my next pair in future.
Normally when I go to the store, there aren't many options available; people always recommend buying online. Today, I was helped by Rebecca, who offered to order the product I wanted so I could try it in the store. In the end, thanks to her excellent service, I ended up buying a product from her recommendation.
Had the best service here this week. All the staff were brilliant and helped me find everything I needed. I was helped by Maria who was amazing and so kind! Definitely will come back☺️
