I bought the shoes few months ago and saved them in closet I just open the box today and I found both right feet,I went to store and asked for solution he refused to changed them, that was so disappointed wil never go there😡
I went in there today to purchase two pairs of sneakers. Walked around the store for about 15 minutes noone asked if I needed help or anything. So I put the sneaker down an walked out. Will never shop return worst customer service I ever experience. An I work in retail... must do better
Dennis and Alan were very helpful. as i browsed the shelves, i felt as if I were a customer, not a shoplifter. Alan did not follow me around. The shoe I wanted they did not have in my size. so Alan suggested something similar. The shoe was very popular, and it fits my needs. Dennis, the store manager and cashier, was very helpful. he gave us suggestions and made sure that we were well taken care of. I love this store.
