Unless you are able to handle an extreme deep tissue massage this is not for you. I felt at times I had to "Tap Out" of the chair because the massage was so rough. I asked for a more gentle massage and was told " You be ticklish - ha ha" Also, the massage chair is located in the tri-fecta of the front door / check -in desk / lobby area for customer. I would never send anyone there for the chair/back massage.
Zero stars. I have been to the location in Indy previously and had a wonderful experience. I visited the location in Carmel yesterday and the "massage therapist" was so rough and horrible, the experience was painfully miserable. Today, the day after, my neck and shoulders are a bruised, sore mess...and I'm no wimp when it comes to pain. So disgusted and disappointed. Now I need a massage to undo the damage that Foot Finesse's massage did. I'll *never* go back to Foot Finesse...either location.
