The staff were very friendly, smiling, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the service! I got the couple’s 60 minutes head spa and it was a great service for a great price. One lady even walked me to the bathroom and waited for me to finish to walk me back to my room because the floor was a little wet. I also appreciate the privacy rooms. I am giving this place a 3 for one reason. Our time here was great. I brought my daughter she enjoyed it. We purchase scalp massage for 2 on group on and then i payed in person for a message for 2. So all services equally 243.00. I gave a 40$ tip . This is more than 15% of my services. When I gave her my tip she instantly judged me. And took it with disappointment. This was a wonderful indulgence for myself and my sister to do together. The headspa package was so good. I really can't think of anything I would do differently. The ladies were so kind and the head massage was bliss.
