I had a horrible experience with Rachel Renno a lawyer with this firm. We had an 11:00 phone appointment that she was late for, she called me back at 11:27. When she got on the line we had an hour long free consultation, she was rude, condescending and uncaring and had me off of the phone within 3 minutes. Matter of fact she sounded bothered, uninterested and like she had better things to do. She was so rude and impatient and condescending I will be posting this to every review site I can.
