Useless, always replace orders and not with appropriate items
Disgusting, horrible experience! My partner and I were in the carpark when a worker came out with a very clearly overfilled trolley. The trolley hit a pothole in the road and toppled. The poor worker was almost in tears whilst my partner and I helped him take his stock away. He went to go ask for help and nobody came until it was clear that members of the public were helping.
