Disgusting, horrible experience! My partner and I were in the carpark when a worker came out with a very clearly overfilled trolley. The trolley hit a pothole in the road and toppled. The poor worker was almost in tears whilst my partner and I helped him take his stock away. He went to go ask for help and nobody came until it was clear that members of the public were helping. Foodworks what can I say the Staff are absolutely fantastic. Nothing is to much trouble.
I’m all for supporting small local supermarkets, but on multiple occasions I have been served by staff here that are clearly unimpressed to be there. They are rude and lack any proper customer service training. And judging by the looks on other customers faces behind me, I’m not alone in this judgement. Sorry guys. Try harder.
