We purchase a lot of syrups and have also purchased equipment from FEB. We prefer to keep our business local whenever possible. Tami is awesome to work with! She checks in with us every week and gives us amazing. Personal service. There are times that I would forget but I am thankful that Tami never lets that happen. We deal with a lot of people in the food service industry, but I can honestly say that Tami is one of the best!
I enjoy cooking and want to upgrade some of my kitchenware. Went in to see what kind of accessories might be available and pricing...the lovely young lady (Tami) was soooo helpful and polite! She is knowledgeable of the ordering times, products, and gave me some really good suggestions! Apparently their internet was being temperamental, and Tami maintained her composure and still managed to get mecthe infirmation I was looking for! We can always count on Tami to take great care of us and she always goes out of her way to make sure we have everything we need! There have been several occasions where she has made a special trip for us when we’ve been in a bind and she saved us! Highly recommend FEB to everyone!!
