Extremely unknowledgeable, I asked the lady that owns a shop if there were something that would help me give me a little extra boost and I told her about me being a diabetic and having blood clot disorders she should take CoQ10. After doing a little bit of research It says people that are diabetics and have blood clotting disorder should not be taking this. I did not know anything about that that's why I had asked her.
