Very dissatisfied. They advertised a 5% discount for Seniors at the checkout. I presented my Senior's Card before checkout operator began scanning. I checked my receipt after payment. I then asked operator where is the 5% discount, she didn't know and then she admitted she forgot to process the discount before scanning. The supervisor then advised me that they can't fix it. This is not the first time for me, but happened some time ago. Do they care, probably not.
It would be nice if you could provide customer service by answering your phone. Since you often are out of stock for a particular product, having the ability to call prior to coming instore would be helpful.
The service today 14/05/26 by a lovely young gentleman around 3.42pm. His conversation was amazing and I hope he goes well with his gap year after trying mech eng. Thanks for the great service and sorry I was so awkward! Hahah
Great shop for buying meat and deli cold meats. Very good service and good prices.
