Been going here for over 20 years. Amazing staff, good selection of produce especially the nuts and confectionery variety

There is no consistent, if any level of training with the staff (which seems to have a pretty high turn over) There is especially absolutely no training here in conflict resolution or customer satisfaction or even attempting to look like they want to be there, no one wants to be at work but some staff just can't even pretend to want to be there.
