Lauren is always supportive and provides excellent advice regardless of the situation. Slow and steady is how we approach each week. Sessions are always positive and encouraging. Highly recommend trying this approach as this has really worked for me. Seeing results steadily has made me stay focused with Lauren’s continued encouragement and enthusiasm.
Joelle has help me with my anxiety with food. For the past two year my stomach muscles has been paralyzed and she had help me get back into eating solid because I would have anxiety attacks and they would turn into flare up and I was only doing liquid diet because of the flare up but she has help me so much I started eating solid again and I’m so happy.
Tom Zachmann has been an incredibly patient, kind and helpful coach throughout my weight loss process. He’s to be commended for his diligence and caring nature.
