I have been working with Tom on and off for a few years now. He gave me a ton of advice and helped me develop a great meal plan with enough variety to make it stay fresh and unrepeatitve. He gave me all the tools to feel like I can maintain a healthy lifestyle even while I was away at school and not able to have appointments.
