Package took 10 days to arrive which is fine but I repeatedly called and sent emails requesting transit time with no response - please display info in FAQ's on website. Then the package was missing my customs declaration for the US so I had to send the test at my own expense express post via QLD. Owner said they would send me a coupon for a discount on further services. I never received it. Was not happy with the customer service period, let alone after handing over $450.
