Do not be misled by a name. This "Casanova" was not charming. When I arrived to pick up an order, which could not be located, he informed me of his role as manager of the bakery department and became boisterous. I reminded him several times that he needed not raise his voice. He made no attempt to resolve the situation in a positive manner; by offering a different cake. I've been going to the Food Lion at the Hidenwood Shopping Center for years. Their prices are competitive, the store is clean and their selection adequate. However, their main attribute is the staff. They're always friendly and very customer centric. So much so, I've gotten to know many of them by name. Having said that, I'd like to share an observation that I had a couple of Sundays ago.
