You need to fix your produce department. There's moldy signs sitting on the produce shelves and constantly spoiled food left out; if it's bad just throw it out, no one's going to buy it and the bad food is going to spoil the rest of the food faster. The whole produce needs a deep clean and a more attentive supervisor. I'll post pictures next week.

Homeless people & drug addicts are outside & the police constantly chase them away. There are cameras in the parking lot. The staff does not assist customers. Instead they watch customers & gossip to each other about them. No one greets customers or thanks them for shopping. I asked a manager where the batteries were located. She pointed to the area. Great Food Lion store in Suffolk on Godwin Blvd. Only in this store food line has Sushi ,and a lot of other food, what does not have food line in Hampton, Newport News.

Pit Bulls should not be allowed in your grocery store at all, ever! Yes there was one present tonight, 5/25/26! Putting customers safety at Risk! The manager should be FIRED TONIGHT! No vicious animal should be in a grocery store!!!!! With kids and elderly present! Unacceptable!!
