I did the rest 10 week program with food 4 success and I really enjoyed it . I learned a ton of new information . I enjoyed being able to watch all the modules when I had the free time during the week . We also had weekly coaching calls which was nice to ask any question you had or even to just share frustrations with peers and to hear other people’s questions or concerns .
