Never had such a bad experience the cashier Luis G was so rude when I told him I needed help with scanning the dog food it was so heavy and I let him know if there was any way he can search up the item through the system instead having me carry this huge 35 pound of dog food on the conveyer belt and yet he proceeded to to ignore me or help out my situation and aside from that he would grab my merchandise and scan it so rude and aggressive and just throw it to the side and damaging my items very bad customer service

This is a reminder to myself why I rarely come to this store. My experience with the cashier Santino was extremely unpleasant. He had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen toward customers. It started when an elderly man in front of me was confused about the price of one of his items. Instead of calmly helping him, Santino rudely told him to stay there and not follow him while he went to check the price.
