Bought a Passion spa from Fonteyn last year which was delivered direct to a house in Dordogne from their Dutch factory. Really enjoying the experience.

Bought a hot tub , paid for it in full , arrived damaged and was installed , it doesn't heat up and back up service is appalling . This has just ruined a family Party as no engineer can be bothered to come out on a Friday . I expect a full refund and will never deal with this company again . Avoid
