AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We successfully took them to court for selling a sauna that could not safely reach temperature. They don't have a clue about saunas and frankly they don't care. They will sell you the world and fail to deliver on it.
Carl came round to do some repairs and fit a lid handle to my hot tub today. He was really helpful, explained all the chemicals throughly and made it easy for me to understand. Thank you for the great work today.
