Really messed up on our taxes and we ended up having to pay a whole other person to fix them costing us more money. No apology or no offering to fix or anything. I actually got a email from her saying that she double check her work. And if she double checked her work, she would’ve known that she needed to file for three separate years instead of filing 2020 2021 and 2022 all under the same year.
