Office manager Julie McNally will not allow you to change doctors in the same network unless you are moving from a male to a female doctor. This is supposedly the office policy. Until the office pays for my health insurance and medical bills, they will not decide who my primary care doctor will be. They are thieves!!! They order hundreds of dollars of tests (which of course come back negative) to tell me that I have a classic nasal infection…which is what I told them when I walked in….all they care about is stealing as much money from people as possible…Stay away….
They practically charge you for breathing. They charged me extra for my routine physical. When I talked to billing they said it was because I renewed prescriptions I already had. It cost me 20 dollars to do something I normally do on the phone with my pharmacy for free? When I say I've never been charged for that before, I was told the past places I went to must not have been billing for all they should have...
This Clinic is PHENOMENAL! I arrived there at 9am and was out 20 minutes later having seen a Doctor, a Physicians Assistant, and a nurse. I was quickly diagnosed and prescribed the meds I needed. The staff were very friendly, thorough, efficient and professional. The examination rooms and surroundings were the epitome of clean. A more STELLAR visit I could not have asked for. Kudos to me only living 5 minutes away from this exemplary Medical facility!!

My insurance lapsed for 1 month, and of course I had to go in for a deer tick bite during that time period. Not only did they do nothing for the bite, but I had to wait for nearly 3 HOURS!!!!!!! I told them I would just make payments to my account which they said was fine, but then within days of speaking to someone I started receiving phone calls and letters from a law firm for my "outstanding balance". I just transferred here and I love them already. They are kind and available to fit you in fairly quickly. I waited mere minutes in the waiting room instead of hours like in my last Dr's office.
