Incredibly knowledgeable about different possible solutions for my tricky situation, and even after I’d left the store, having settled a result, Richard called me having come up with an even better idea. To top it off, he then then used magic to get it all delivered at warp speed from hq … and refunded the item I no longer needed in good faith and with out any hassle.
