My partner went to exchange an item because he was told he is only allowed to exchange, no refunds. Questionable consumer rights…Anyways. He went to refund a Samsung pad case for iPad mini case case to which there was no label price for the product. The store manager then said it’s £15. It’s the same as the rest. Its a shame you can only give 5 stars, as had it been possible to give more I would have gave 10. Its the only place to go if you need a phone repair. Fair prices with an excellent speedy service. Looking forward to going back
