They took my laptop and promised it would be fixed in a week. Instead it was poor communication, uncertain wait time and really rude customer service. I would call and either they wouldn’t pick up or they’d say they would call back only for nothing. I urgently needed my laptop and feel like if I had it I would’ve been able to do tasks that I wasn’t able to complete.
