Terrible service and outright scamming - told the member of staff at the desk that chargers werent charging my phone, so i asked for the charging port to be cleaned, he said it would be £20 but he thought that there was something wrong with the charging port and said the whole charging port needed replacing - its a 1 year old phone in pristine condition. I took my phone to another mobile phone shop in Bracknell who charged £10 for the clean, and it works perfectly now. Think twice about these guys.
Great experience, they took my broken apple watch but it was not possible to fix and so they gave me another watch for the price of the repair. Great service.
