So helpful. My iPhone 12 stopped working unexpectedly. I bought a new phone and I took my old one into fone tech as I desperately wanted my photos back and hadn’t backed it up. They put a new battery, screen and used the wireless charger to get it to turn on so I could transfer everything off it, it took ages and they were so patient, nothing was too much of a problem.
