I should’ve checked at the spot whenI received my phone. I clearly asked the issue was my cable connector is loose and asked the price. On the way back I saw the invoice as deep clean and no mention of repairing so I call them back and found they didn’t do anything for my request and charged $59. Because they decided just clean the hole and it’s improving charging system.I haven’t mentioned anything battery is not charging because it’s charging and issue was remain. I can’t be bothered to go back and talk over again.
Was very fast and reliable.. pricing was far and quality work.I have 4 kids all with phones and cause I am a repeat customer he always looks after me.highly recommend theses guys👍
Came in to get my screen fixed after it was shattered when I dropped my phone. Staff were excellent, they showed expert care when installing my new screen and my new screen protector. Definitely recommend!
Amazing customer service. Came in today with a minor issue following a repair at a different unrelated shop, and the team were able to diagnose the issue, fix it, and give me follow up advice, saving me from taking time off work to go back to the original repair place. Clearly a shop that cares about their customers. Definitely coming here next time I have an issue.
Dishonest business, wouldn’t repair my screen when I had issues with it 4 days after they ‘fixed’ it. Said the best they could do was fix it for another $350.
