I haven't met with this level of incompetence in years. I waited a business week for a new Pixel 7a battery. After TWO visits to get the phone repaired, I was told that it would take 30 minutes to replace the battery. On my return I was informed, fraudulently, that the wrong battery had been delivered: in fact, they had prized the BACK of the phone apart despite it being a front-assembly device.
