I haven't met with this level of incompetence in years. I waited a business week for a new Pixel 7a battery. After TWO visits to get the phone repaired, I was told that it would take 30 minutes to replace the battery. On my return I was informed, fraudulently, that the wrong battery had been delivered: in fact, they had prized the BACK of the phone apart despite it being a front-assembly device. I would like to give a 10 for the phone I purchased from this store. quality, very good prices, diversified with phones but also accessories very convenient for the price plus the quality which is very important. I have had the phone for a week already and it works perfectly, I am very satisfied. the team is very productive, very attentive to details, they repair anything! they are 10-star people, very polite and nice, a 10-star team. very happy that I chose this store!!

Visited this store in the hope that they could unlock my phone. After spending 10 minutes checking my phone I was told that my phone was locked on the EE network and Del told me to go to their shop 100 yards away and they would unlock it for free. Del also fixed another phone that I had within the hour after diagnosing and fixing the fault. Highly recommended.
